Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat usually confirms the order immediately, but at the latest within 2 days. If Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat actually provides services, the contract is considered closed. Short-term order changes, if they exceed the original order amount, require the confirmation by Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat. In the case of a short-term change of order made by the driver without confirmation by the Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat, which is commissioned by the customer, the latter is liable for the resulting material and immaterial damage.
The inclusive services include the limousine, the chauffeur and all kilometers driven within the Munich motorway ring. Not included are order-related costs such as motorway and parking fees, all driven kilometers outside the Munich motorway ring and for long-distance driving expenses and accommodation costs. Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat is committed to providing the customer with a roadworthy vehicle that complies with the requirements of the Straßenverkehrsgesetzes/Road Traffic Act (StVG) and the Straßenverkehrszulassungsordnung/Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). The vehicle is in clean condition when driving. The vehicles are insured in accordance with the applicable Allgemeinen Bedingungen für die Kraftfahrtversicherung/General Conditions for Motor Insurance (AKB). Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat is entitled to provide the customer with a different type of vehicle than agreed. However, it must be a vehicle of the same or a higher category (upgrade). The chauffeurs employed by Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat are in possession of the necessary official permits in accordance with the Personenbeförderungsgesetz/Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) in conjunction with the Ausführungsverordnung/Implementing Regulation to the PbefG.
The price list is included in the offer applies. All prices are net prices and are exclusive of the applicable value added tax. The information in the price list is subject to change. Expenses are added to the invoice amount. For trips outside the Munich motorway ring, the kilometers driven are calculated separately.
Payments are due within 30 days without deduction. For the timeliness of the payment, it depends on the receipt of the invoice amount for unconditional disposal of Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat. When paying by check, the claim is only after full credit as settled. For reminders, a reminder fee of €5.00 applies. Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the expected order volume prior to commencement of the journey or to request a copy of the cardholder's credit card and ID card before accepting an order to secure the claim.

The order value is always calculated in favor of the customer and can also be limited to a reasonable amount of compensation. The customer remains free to prove that the actual costs incurred or the damage actually incurred are lower.
The customer commits to the timely notification of all necessary data for the provision of services. The customer agrees to a careful handling of the vehicle. All relevant regulations and technical rules must be observed. Attention should be paid to the instructions and instructions of the vehicle driver. In case of non-contractual behavior of the customer can be rescinded from the contract with immediate effect. The claim for compensation of the Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat on the order value remains unaffected. In addition, there is a claim for damages resulting from non-contractual behavior. The customer is at liberty to prove that the damage actually caused is lower. Can the service of Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat not be provided for reasons for which the customer is responsible, e.g. If the customer does not fulfill his obligation to cooperate under the contract, the claim for payment of the Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat shall continue in the amount of the order value.
The liability of Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat for breach of contract and tort is limited to intent and gross negligence. Damage caused to the customer due to culpable behavior of Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat will only be compensated if it does not exceed € 1000.00 and is based on gross negligence or intent. The strict liability in accordance with the Straßenverkehrsgesetz/Road Traffic Act (StVG) remains unaffected by the provisions of § 10. Any liability for delays originating in the traffic situation is excluded. Claims for damages derived therefrom are excluded.

If a passenger is in breach of his duties, he may be excluded from carriage. The fee claim of the Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat on the expected order value remains fully available after exclusion of carriage.
The customer is informed in accordance with § 33 Abs.1 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz/Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) that Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat stores and processes the data required to fulfill the contract in machine-readable form. A transfer of the data to third parties does not take place. Incidentally, the privacy policy applies which can be accessed here.
Place of fulfillment is Munich. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with merchants, legal persons under public law or with persons who do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany - also with change and check complaints - is Munich. Taxi- und Limousinenservice Tokat can also sue the customer at the court responsible for his seat.
